• Our web applications and mobile applications
• Our 3D model marketplace and community features
• Related services, tools, and content
• All software, APIs, and technologies we provide

1.2 Agreement to Terms

You must have reached the age of majority for your legal jurisdiction to access and agree to these Terms. If you have not reached the age of majority, your legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf. Your use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1.3 Scope of Services

Our Platform enables users to:

• Upload, share, and sell 3D models and related content
• Purchase and download 3D models from other users
• Participate in community discussions and feedback
• Access tools for 3D model preview and validation
• Manage licensing and commercial rights for 3D content
• Utilize our APIs and integration tools

1.4 Relationship Definition

Your relationship with us is that of a user of the Platform. This relationship:

• Does not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment or franchisee relationship
• Makes you solely responsible for your activities on the Platform
• Requires compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Is governed by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms you agree to

1.5 Geographic Restrictions

The Platform is intended for users who are not barred from accessing digital services under applicable laws. We make no claims that the Platform or any of its content is accessible, appropriate, or legal in your jurisdiction. Access to the Platform may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the Platform from outside permitted jurisdictions, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

• Your entity is responsible for the access and use by anyone who uses the Services on its behalf

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. 3D Model Content

When you upload 3D models or content to our Platform:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content
• You are responsible for setting appropriate licensing terms for your models
• You warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content
• You must clearly specify any usage restrictions or requirements

Content Restrictions

Prohibited content includes:

• Weapons or weapon designs
• Sexually explicit material
• Hateful or discriminatory content
• Content that violates intellectual property rights
• Content that promotes illegal activities

Intellectual Property

We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same

• You retain ownership of your 3D models and content
• The Platform and its features are protected by our intellectual property rights
• We may remove content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated

For Sellers

• You must have rights to sell uploaded content
• You set the price and licensing terms
• We retain a platform fee from sales
• You must provide accurate model descriptions
• You are responsible for providing support to buyers

For Buyers

• You must comply with model licensing terms
• Sales are final unless models are defective
• We are not responsible for model quality
• Refund policies are at seller discretion
